Elevating the Standard of Excellence
Mission
The Atlanta Chapter of the National Hampton Alumni Association, Incorporated (NHAA-Atlanta) supports the goals and objectives of the National Hampton Alumni Association, Incorporated and Hampton University. Accordingly, NHAA-Atlanta:
- Actively participates in recruitment efforts to encourage students to attend Hampton University.
- Supports university academic and athletic programs and performances that occur near the metropolitan Atlanta area.
- Engages in efforts to generate funds to provide scholarships to Georgia students.
- Encourages all Hamptonians to affiliate with the local chapter and actively participate in chapter activities, including but not limited to the student mentoring partnership.
- Collaborates with other civic organizations to promote experiences that improve the quality of life for citizens within metropolitan Atlanta.
Our Partnerships
Deng Jok, is an incoming freshman Architecture major who escaped the atrocities of the South Sudan. Members of the Atlanta Chapter, NHAA, Inc. answered the call and helped to ensure his Amazon school needs WishList was fully provided.
